Requirements & Qualifications:
  • - 3 to 4 years of Linux systems administration experience
  • - Thorough knowledge of the cPanel/WHM control panel
  • - Thorough knowledge of Linux systems administration (Red Hat and CentOS preferred)
  • - Solid background in web services (Apache, nginx, PHP, etc.), MySQL, and Exim
  • - Solid background in system analysis and performance tuning
  • - Solid background in networking: LAN, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls
  • - Ability to automate using scripts (e.g. PHP, Perl, Python, Shell, etc.)
  • - Understanding of virtualization (e.g. VMware, Xen Server and KVM)
  • - Solid knowledge of systems security
  • - Ability to work well in a team
  • - Dependable for being at work during assigned shifts and to completing work as expected
  • - Must be comfortable in self-managed and team tasks
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
  • - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and ad campaigns
  • - Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • - Measure & report performance of all DM campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • - Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • - Brainstorm new creative growth strategies
  • - Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • - Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • - Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels
  • - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • - Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate




  • Requirements:
    • - Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and email
    • - Demonstrable experience managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
    • - Demonstrable experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • - Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
    • - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • - Solid knowledge of Google analytics tools
    • - Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
    • - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • - Ability to work well in a team
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • - Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • - Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution
  • - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • - Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the internal teams
  • - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • - Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • - Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • - Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles




  • Requirements:
    • - 1 to 2 years of technical support experience with good knowledge of the web hosting field
    • - Proven working corporate in enterprise technical support
    • - Advanced knowledge of most popular software (e.g. WordPress, vBulletin, etc.) and its issues
    • - Strong problem-solving skills
    • - Excellent client-facing skills
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
    • - Dependable for being at work during assigned shifts and completing work as expected
    • - Must be comfortable in self-managed and team tasks
    • - Good communication skills
