A quick look: Mhgoz in 2015

2015 was the year of improvement, innovation, and reconsideration of many things for us. We developed our work systems and launched many other new updates for our services and for the infrastructure of our company and work regime. so we wanted to share more details about the most important updates with you:

Remote work opportunities and expanding our employment circle

In the past we did not offer remote work opportunities. All jobs were available only via our company headquarters.

Despite our vision that working through our headquarters was more efficient and motivating for the work team we decided in 2015 to improve our recruitment policy and provide remote jobs, as we believe in giving the opportunity to skilled experienced people who have the necessary qualities  to join the team sought after by all the Arab countries.

Call center update

In 2015 we developed our call center infrastructure depending entirely on cloud computing technology, and providing a new international phone number to enable us to receive calls from all over the world all day. By doing so we will give our customers and clients the best services through the support ticket system and via the telephone.

Hosting infrastructure Improvements

Our systems and servers administration team considerably improved and updated the infrastructure for hosting services to raise the quality of current services and reach a level to suit the renewable requirements of our customers.

Those improvements and updates gave us a headstart in delivering the default servers to our customers as fast as possible in an unprecedented way. All default servers have been activated and their information has been sent to the customer a few seconds after ordering. It includes all the necessary settings and programs on the server without any effort needed from the customers to set up and preparing the server again.

Client area update & more options

Our customers know well that we do our best to provide maximal flexibility for them by continuously managing services. Our work team easily updated and improved the client area at Mhgoz in 2015  to help customers manage their services. We also provided more features, such as creating e-mails, cPanel access, and service consumption statistics.

Moreover we improved the trial experience and provided many other flexible options, including stratification of services to know the most efficient ones, stopped ones, cancelled ones, and other features such as starting and restarting of services.

Statistics and figures

The language of numbers and statistics is always clear and fulfils accurate and doubtlessinformation. here’re some important statistics from 2015:

29,565 support tickets have been created

6,480 calls have been received

3,146 sites have been added to Mhgoz servers

96.5% customers report satisfaction
